Hi, I am Paul Harkins owner of Dream Gardens. I founded Dream Gardens in February 2009. I have recieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Environmental Design from Delaware Valley College. I have worked in the landscaping business for over seven years. My experience includes landscape design, installation, maintenance, container design and planting, interiorscaping, and seasonal displays inside and out. I look forward to working with you to create a garden oasis outside or inside your home or office!
